Our program has received reports of phishing emails and individuals falsely claiming to represent the Energy Friendly Homes Program.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent the program, please verify their identity by contacting us directly through our phone number at 971.399.7742 or email at info@EnergyFriendlyHomes.com before taking any action.

A free event bringing together organizations, programs, and contractors working in home repair to collaborate, learn, and share resources.
Please join us at the Partners in Home Repair Event at the Portland Building from 9am – 3:30pm on May 6th, 2026!
In the morning, each non-profit or government organization provide will give a 5-minute summary of their program (what services they provide and who they serve). The goal is to increase your awareness of other programs and find opportunities for collaboration as you serve your clients.
After lunch (provided), we will hold a variety of sessions on a range of topics related to home repair and serving clients. A detailed agenda outlining the sessions will be sent out closer to the event date. Contractors are welcome to attend, but will not be asked to share a 5-minute summary of services.
