Kyle serves as General Manager for Turner’s Portland office and brings a strong background in field operations, special projects, and complex construction delivery. Since joining Turner in 2006, he has led work ranging from occupied healthcare renovations to new building construction, with deep experience in collaborative project delivery and mass timber construction. Kyle brings a practical, leadership-focused perspective shaped by years of guiding teams through complex projects.
Phil is a Project Executive at Turner Portland and brings 16 years of experience across project management, field leadership, engineering, and pre-construction. After beginning his career in Southwest Ohio, he joined the Portland team and has become a valued leader within the business unit. Teamwork, empathy, trust, and positivity are all key values that Phil values teamwork, empathy, trust, and positivity, and brings a collaborative approach to helping teams plan successfully and build strong project cultures.
