Community Energy Project serves as the program's Client Navigator Provider. Our Client Navigators conduct culturally specific outreach to identify eligible clients and offer personalized support, education, and guidance. If requested, a Client Navigator can provide one-on-one assistance to help you:
Language services in Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. Need support in another language? We work with trained interpreter partners to meet your needs.
We bring additional support for households with elderly residents or individuals living with disabilities.
We offer in-person help with paperwork and understanding the contractor process.
We have on-call availability via text, email, or chat to answer questions when you need it.
Community Energy Project partners with low-income communities on the frontlines of climate change to create more resilient, efficient, and healthy homes. They transform homes, share skills and community wisdom, and advocate for energy justice.
Burch Energy is our Quality Assurance Provider. Every project will undergo a project proposal review, and every completed project is checked by a Burch Energy representative to verify that the installation was done correctly and to help you receive quality, long-term performance from your upgrades.
