Participants will gain familiarity with common scheduling terminology\, schedule levels\, CPM concepts\, activity relationships\, float\, and critical path. The course also covers how to interpret schedule information\, communicate meaningful updates to the project scheduler\, and understand how sequencing\, progress\, and project impacts influence the overall schedule. Practical exercises reinforce key concepts and their application to project operations. \nAbout the Presenter: \nGrace Quenneville is a Project Scheduler with three years of construction industry experience\, specializing in complex infrastructure and heavy civil projects. With a background in Construction Management\, Grace has experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules\, coordinating project sequencing and phasing\, analyzing schedule risk\, and supporting recovery planning.
