SUMMARY:EnerCity Collaborative - Building Analyst Technician (BA-T) Course
DESCRIPTION:The Building Analyst Technician (BA-T) course is a solid next step after the BSP which gives students the skills to perform whole home diagnostic tests and collect data to industry standards. \nThe Building Analyst Technician Training (BA-T) is offered in Portland\, Or. It’s a free and paid\, five day\, in person training. Followed by a free week of mentorship and practice.\nThe oral and practical four hour Field exam will be scheduled during the following 2 weeks. (The exam is up to eight hours with an interpreter.) \nThis training is the second training in our BPI Cohort series. Building Science Principles (BSP) is a prerequisite which EnerCity Collaborative (ECC) offers as an online and self paced training to students enrolled in this course. The BA-T is a prerequisite for the Building Analyst Professional (BA-P) training. \nApplications are open. \nLearn more about the funders of this training: Portland Clean Energy Benefits Fund and Energy Trust of Oregon.
